Z30S polypropylene is a high melt flow homopolymer for producing BCF, CF and low staple fibers with medium to high spin speeds. Moplen Z30S offers high homogeneity, stable extrusion and excellent processability in short and long spin lines.
This grade makes it have a high stretch ratio and brings hard and flexible fibers.
Z30S is widely used to produce bulky continuous filaments for carpet yarns. Another major application is the production of high-strength continuous filament for backpack straps, handles for large bags, and seat belts. Medium strength continuous filament is used for upholstery, sportswear and heavy duty clothing. Moplen Z 30 S is also suitable for the production of low denier staple fibers for thermobonding.
